Open the driver door and look at the carpet where the mat sits. Round twist studs hold the mat in place. The wrong fixing type is the most common reason a set goes back.

Delivery

Every set is cut to order rather than picked from a shelf. The manufacturer dispatches within seven working days of the order, and the Express grade is dispatched the next working day. Courier time is on top of that. The courier, the postcode surcharges and the tracking arrangement are still being confirmed.

Guarantee and returns

The intention is a straightforward remake or refund where the fit is wrong, and a clear returns window for a change of mind. Because each set is made to order, the cancellation rules for custom goods apply and will be set out in the terms. Nothing here is a confirmed commercial term yet.
