How do you know the mats will fit my car?

We start from your registration, then ask three short questions that a registration cannot answer: the body style, whether your footwell has fixing studs, and where your boot floor sits. Those three answers decide which pattern is cut.

What if I do not know the answers?

Choose "not sure" and send a photo instead. We confirm the pattern before anything is cut, and we tell you what we found.

Will the mats use my car original fixings?

Where your car has floor studs, the set is supplied with matching clips already fitted. Where it does not, the set relies on an anti slip backing. We confirm which applies to your vehicle before dispatch.

How long does an order take?

Dispatch times, delivery charges and any express service will be published once our supplier confirms them. Ordering is not open yet.

What happens if the fit is wrong?

The intention is a straightforward remake or refund. The exact terms are still being agreed and will be published in full before the shop opens.
