We collect very little, because the site does very little. This page says exactly what, and how to make us delete it.

Who is responsible for your information
Precision Car Mats is a trading name of AllCampus UK Limited, a company registered inEngland and Wales under company number 11659728, with its registered office atUnit 7 Landmere Lane, Edwalton, Nottingham, NG12 4DG. AllCampus UK Limited is the data controller for anything you send us through this site.

What we collect today
Ordering is not open, so today there are two ways for your information to reach us.
- The contact form
- Your name, your email address, your vehicle if you give it, and your message.
- Why
- To answer you. Nothing else.
- Lawful basis
- Legitimate interests. You wrote to us and you are waiting for a reply.
- How long
- The message sits in our inbox for as long as it is useful, and we delete it when it is not. Ask us and we delete it sooner.
- Telling you when ordering opens
- Your email address, the page you asked from, and the vehicle that page is about. We do not ask for your name.
- Why
- To write to you once, on the day ordering opens, because you asked us to.
- Lawful basis
- Consent. You gave us the address for this one message, and you can withdraw it at any time by asking us.
- How long
- Until we send that message, or until you ask us to remove you. The list is not used for anything else and it is not shared.
We do not run a mailing list and we will not add you to one. When you order, the emails about that order may include an offer for the same car, such as a matching boot liner. You can refuse these before you pay, and every email that carries an offer has a link to stop them. Stopping offers does not stop the emails about your order. For anything wider, such as a newsletter, we would ask first and you would have to say yes.
What stays on your device and never reaches us
The saved vehicle garage and the basket are kept in your own browser, using local storage. They are not sent to our servers and we cannot read them. Clearing site data in your browser removes them completely.
Cookies
We set no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies and no tracking pixels. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel and no advertising tag on this site. That is why you have not been shown a cookie banner: there is nothing to ask your permission for.
Cloudflare, which serves the site, may set a cookie to tell a person apart from an automated bot. It is strictly necessary for the site to stay available and it does not identify you.
Server logs
Cloudflare records requests to the site, including IP addresses, so that attacks can be identified and blocked. The lawful basis is legitimate interests, specifically keeping the site up. These records are short lived and we do not use them to build a picture of you.
Who else sees your information
- Cloudflare
- Hosts the site and the contact form. Global infrastructure.
- Resend
- Delivers the email your enquiry becomes. We chose their European region.
- Proton
- Provides the mailbox that receives it. Based in Switzerland.
That is the entire list. We do not sell information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not send it anywhere it is not needed to answer you.
When ordering opens
None of this is happening yet. It is written down now so that it is not a surprise later.
Once orders are possible, paying will involve Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never reach us; we receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with the name, email address and delivery address you gave at checkout.
We will keep the order itself, including the vehicle and the answers to the fit questions, because a set of mats cannot be cut without them. Our manufacturer will receive what they need to make and send your order, and no more. Order records are kept for six years, which is what HMRC requires of business records.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:
- tell you what we hold about you, and give you a copy
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete it
- stop using it, or restrict how we use it
- hand it to you or to someone else in a portable form
Email hello@precisioncarmats.co.uk and we will do it. There is no form and no charge. If we get it wrong, you can complain to the Information Commissioner atico.org.uk, and you do not have to raise it with us first.
Changes to this notice
The date at the top is the date it last changed. When ordering opens this page will change substantially, because there will be more to describe.
